Always excellent, professional and skilled care given by Ellen and staff. My husband and I both had an appointment with her — we feel that she listens well and takes interest in our personal well-being. We never feel rushed — we feel well attended to.

I had her check my lips and sure enough, pre- cancerous on my lower lip. She used the freeze system and it took three passes! Ouch! But I'd rather deal with it now then later when it could be worse. She is very thorough and makes sure my skin is ok.
