Dr Grady was ok.Kevin, the receptionist..... I could not deal with.Very rude and condescending.Tries to talk over top of you , etc.You shouldn't feel "stressed out" when you need to make a doctor's appointment or go to one.I finally had to leave them.
I waited nearly 2 hrs for a phone conference. Apparently Dr. Grady was having difficulties with the technology and didn’t realize I was connected. She continued to berate and curse out Kevin frequently using the F word. When I called back she was obviously irritated and turned it on me and my concerns for treatment and said it was silly and said “is this the only reason you called?” I also tried to bring up mental health issues after a recent surgery but couldn’t take any more of her rude, unsympathetic behavior and tone and had to hang up in tears.
Dr. Grady is a wonderful Dr. She is kind, takes her time and listens with concern. HOWEVER...Her Receptionist, Kevin is the absolute rudest man,dealing with him to communicate or get an Appt with Dr. Grady is just not worth it!My Daughters and I are no longer patients here because of his petulant behavior.
