I came in yesterday around 1:25 PM to get my eyebrows done and was really disappointed. One eyebrow looked like it was barely touched, while the other was smaller and a bit crooked. I felt like the entire process took less than two minute. I wish I took the time to ask for her name but I was really upset. Today, I requested Queen to fix them, and she did an amazing job! She had done my eyebrows before. Going forward, I’ll only go to Queen! She took her time, cleaned them up, and completely fixed the mistakes. Although she apologized for yesterday, it wasn’t her fault, and I truly appreciate her taking the time to take care of me. Thank you, Queen!

Clean salon. Excellent customer service from all staff.Holly is my favorite I travel over 30 mins any chance I get I go to see her. She’s detail oriented and takes her time. I have never had a poor experience whilst visiting them.Services: Nail art
