Super rude and tried telling me they changed the promise date from what they gave me on the reciept at drop off. Also charged an extra $10 to have it ready a day earlier than they wanted to provide it, plus a 4% debit card use fee that was on a TINY sign. Don’t go here. Clothes look terrible too. Rip off.

I took 5 jackets there that belong to my wife. Two of which were not inexpensive jackets at all. They took the hoods off of them and never returned them. I tried to go back to get them and I was told they could not find them and they would reach out to me. These 2 jackets by themselves were $1,000. Not my wife has 2 $500 jackets with no hoods. What am I supposed to do?
