My 25 year old furnace died the day after Thanksgiving. Was able to get a technician at my house early Sunday morning. The owner searched all over NVA for a furnace my size. Located one on Monday and early Tuesday morning four technicians showed up and installed a new furnace in three hours. EVERYONE of the folks I spoke to or came to my house were exceptionally polite and did everything possible to restore heat in my house. Really an outstanding company that I highly recommend.

A *totally* professional operation! We were very impressed by the care the installing team took in caring for our carpet, ensuring that we understood what was being done, providing needed advice, and following up on the installation. They were on time, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Could not recommend the Sita family's operation more highly!
