This group is a prime example of what's wrong in our country. With a mental health crisis sweeping the nation, their policy is to actually charge you more if you are a self pay because they prefer to have an insurance company to bill. It's not about helping people who need it as much as it's about the bottom line. Profit over mental health is the wrong way to run a counseling center.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kevin for a few months now. I find him pleasant and professional and I have grown very comfortable with him. I would recommend him to anyone. However, when trying to make an appointment, I often get the answering machine during the hours that they are supposed to be open during the message. This is not good and they need to get this part of the operation running more smoothly.

The front desk office needs customer service training. They don't know how to talk to people. The office is dirty and small just like the people who work in the front office. I see why Brian left and some of the others. Sickening!
