Went to this shop to have my hair dyed, basic black. Don't remember my stylist's name but she was personable and actually turned out to be my sorority sister. I loved the shop decor I was quite comfortable. What turned me off and caused the 3 stars was that the 3 other stylists who were there continually talked about and made fun of customers. I must admit that the stylist who was doing my hair didn't participate in the conversation much but the others were going hard on how silly, ridiculous, obnoxious, etc. customers are. I found it to be quite unprofessional and disappointing because its such a nice shop with obviously talented stylists. Also, the basic dye job...read full review
