Do your research! She is on the “Blocked tax preparers in pg county” list and the list of “Tax Preparers barred from filing returns in Maryland” as of 2018 and 2020. Tracks. My family annd I learned the hard way that she is a complete fraud. Please triple check yourtax returns if you use her because she is liable to write and submit anything. She submitted repeated mistakes on two tax returns she handled for me at the same time. I really wanted to enjoy my experience but unfortunately I went and left without my taxes being done✅: the ambiance is beautiful and Hope’s personality is nice, Resturant across the hall for passing by the time for waiting?: You fill out your tax info in a lounge area with people sitting close by, I arrived 10 mins to my appointment (app for 1pm) and even after 40 mins I still wasn’t seen, after coming back from getting food she claimed “she was waiting for me” but when I came to the back room a lady that was before me and still I completed expressed her frustration that “no, she’s not waiting until after I finished”~ I expressed my concerns of waiting...read full review
