I arrived early at 9:20 for a 10:00 AM appointment and was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. The office was busy helping other patients, but I was still seen by Dr. Larousseil in under 10 minutes — no sitting around, no delays. I was there for a panoramic X-ray (pano) and the whole experience was smooth, efficient, and professional. In and out in about 20 minutes flat. The team clearly respects your time, which is rare. I'll be back.

I always have a great experience at Essence Dental Care, the staff couldn’t be more polite. Ms. Karen was absolutely amazing, she helped me get an emergency root canal appointment the next day and a prescription for this unbearable pain.
The staff is thorough and knowledgeable and always take time to explain everything clearly. Scheduling was easy and my evaluation went smoothly. Overall, it's always a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.
