I want to give a RISE shout out to the wonderful Sierra Fuller at this location! She worked diligently with me, my doctor, and the insurance company to ensure that my new health insurance from my employer would cover an alternative GLP-1 option. Despite numerous denials she was able to provide additional information to relay to the insurance company how important and needed this medication was for me. It's this customer service that her, Dr. Nohria, and the team provide that makes me feel secure and confident in my medical provider. Thank you again for all your help and constant support for one of the most important things in my life, my health!
