I’ve been a loyal customer of the shop for almost 7 years now . I’ve had mostly great experiences and have continued to go even though I have not lived in that area in going on 4 years . That equals an almost 50 min drive btw from my new residence. However after today I will no longer patronize this business . This is my THIRD time being inconvenienced . I’ve let it go in the past but I’m good . I arrived 7 min early for my appointment and was told my person called out . I was slightly irritated but decided to be understanding ( keep in mind this is the THIRD time something of this nature has happened with NO proper communication. . Everytime I come in they have different prices. I was charged $70 for a full set (almond shaped medium length) and they charged $15 extra for French tip which was no problem. I went back for a fill in on a very short set (just acrylic on top of my real nails) and was charged $63. Something isn’t adding up. When I asked about the price she said she charged me $3 to cut my already short nails down.

Excellent services each time I go. Nails last a long time without any polish peeling, chips and breaks. The nail techs are warming and nice. They're the top rated nail salon in District Heights, try it, they'll never let you down.
