Overall customer service is good. I’ve been coming to Aqua for about 2 months no major issues except they don’t obey by appointments I made an appointment with Sophie for 12:30 received confirmation all of that I get there and I’m being told I have to wait 20-30 additional minutes due to Sophie taking a walk in. Why have customers make an appointment ? if you are not going to follow the timeframe. Very disappointed

Love Love Love this place! My girl Cindy that did my nails for years but she is no longer there! Sad to see her go! Have found 2 nail techs that do good work! Tommy took over for me! He does an amazing job! Kandi does good too! Was there today and Tommy did my nails! He did an excellent job! Will still go here! Even tho JoJo the owner doesn't do my nails, she is very kind and sweet and always speaks to me! Tim is nice as well! Overall been going here for almost 5 years and never had a problem with my nails! My girl Bri Bri at the reception desk is so sweet! She let me know that they only take cash on Sundays now prior to my coming in! Iheard her inform everyone that came...read full review

Great atmosphere, JoJo is an amazing nail tech, always prompt. She is very creative and I never leave disappointed. I have been a customer for 3 years and I love her. Highly recommend!Services: Nail art
