I hired this lawn care service to do weekly mowing and lawn care for my home. The people who were hired to do the actual mowing and trimming were great. They were on time and reliable. When, I first contacted the company to hire them, they were very responsive. My service started in April and all was going well. In October, I got a letter, please see screen shot, saying that I needed to respond by Nov. 1st about leaf removal. Fair enough, but they included charges from $ 42- $47 per hour. They didn't say how many hours we would be charged per lawn cutting. So, I called and asked for an estimate. No response...so, I waited a couple days and called again, no response. The letter says, " Even if you do not opt for one of these services, you will be charged for the extra time it takes to handle leaves, during normal mowing services." Well, now I was really confused on pricing and decided if they won't return phone calls, then, maybe I should try an email. So, I emailed them, you guessed it, No response! So, I sent an email asking them to skip a week, until I found out what the extra cost was. They never returned to cut my lawn and sent me a bill 3 months later for services I didn't receive. So, I gave it one last try and sent a handwritten note with the bill, saying I questioned the amount and would they please get back to me by phone or email. Yet again, No response.. Horrible customer service, after 3 phone calls, 3 emails, and one handwritten note, I was never contacted by this company. The only reason for the two stars is for the employed mowers, who did their job. Buyer Beware, this is certainly not the way you run a company, if you want satisfied customers.
