Stopped in for an emergency button replacement on my sports coat en route to an important meeting. Soni (I could be misspelling the name, sorry!) had it on like a seasoned pro in seconds. On top of that, she refused to charge me. I won’t be going anywhere else for my dry cleaning or alteration needs. Amazing customer service!
I recently went to Derwood Cleaners with two coats that I wanted to be dry cleaned and two pairs of pants that I wanted to be mended. They did a great job, and they were so friendly too!
