I went in as a walk-in and their was a long wait. The receptionist allowed me to do a pre-registration and called me to come back when it was my turn. I didn't mind because I don't live far and she was upfront and honest. Once it was my time to be seen I was called and taken to triage as soon as I walked in the door. The nurses and doctor who provided my care were great.
Went in at 9:15 am filled out paperwork immediately. By 9:20 I had been placed in a room throat swab taken for strep. By 9:30 I was out the door on my way to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. Didn’t feel rushed just seemed like a well oiled machine in there getting you in and out efficiently.
Went in not feeling well at all and everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. The NP was very nice and thorough and asked me what I had already taken so she didn't prescribe something I had already tried. While at first it seemed there was going to be a wait, it really wasn't too long at all. Overall, it was a great experience!!
