We had a completely stopped up kitchen sink, which happened during a weekend, of course. We called Roti-Rooter. They came quickly, cleared the problem in just over an hour. They knew what to do! Whew!
The drain on our AC got blocked and caused the water to leak all over the floor and into the spare bedroom and rug. We didn't find the leak for over a week, so not only water but mold formed on the drywall and rug. Chris and the techs were great! Cleaned up the water, removed the moldy drywall and rug, dried the area and remediated the mold. Great team and a great Job!
They always come out quite quickly. Clog was taken care of by Bryan and associate. Plumbing followup was needed. Plumber Glenn Martin came out the next day. I would like to recommend Mr. Martin for his professionalism and creativity in rerouting pipes. He definitely went the extra mile. Now my kitchen sink cabinet is somewhere I actually want to look under!
