With Dr. Shriver's retirement, we weren't sure what to expect from the new staff. Dr. Gale and assistant Morgan are WONDERFUL! Not only are they great with animals, but they also have excellent people-skills. Our dog Ling Ling is on a treatment plan to alleviate itchy skin, and she gives Dr. Gail and Morgan a Paws Up, as do we. Very pleased with this clinic.
Just when I thought my elderly kitty cat was going to be put to sleep, we did a baseline of blood work, which turned out good. His vomiting and dehydration was because he was severely constipated. He received some fluids and we were sent home with 2 enemas. I isolated him in the bathroom, and gave the first one, within 5 minutes he pooped. By end of night he was feeling much better. He started eating and drinking with 12 hours of his visit. Thank you staff and Dr. Shriver. You all are always so kind and loving. Courtney, Destiny. And Stephanie your are sweet and one of a kind. Dr. Shriver thank you for working us in your tight schedule that Saturday afternoon unexpectedly.… read full review
Dr. Shriver's years of experience certainly is evident, and it's that experience we appreciate and respect. Unlike other veterinarians in the area, the cost for animal treatment here is more affordable. Staff is friendly and helpful, without the "better than thou" attitude and inflated prices found in Ridgely. We highly recommend Denton Animal Hospital.
