“I was so pleased with Roto Rooter!!!! Leaking hot water heater. .The customer service was excellent from the first phone call I made to them. Andrew answered the phone and was professional and helpinful. He contacted the on call plumber to find out steps I could take until the plumber arrived the next day. Andrew kept me updated. Dylan arrived the next morning. I can't say enough about him. He replaced the hot water heater and installed a new one. He knew what he was doing and gave m excellent advice. He was very thorough and checked everything including under the house. I've got Roto Rooter and Dylan's name written. When I have a plumbing issue, that's who I will call. Thank you!!“
