Adjust First LLC is a well organized clinic run by Dr. John Jennings, a wonderful chiropractor, with the aide of his assistant Lindsey. The office has 4 adjustment tables and works them methodically. Dr. Jennings is thorough and checks in every part of the body to ensure proper adjustment. He gives suggestions including proper diet, supplements and exercise for a wholesome wellness experience. The clinic deals with severe back, neck, and knee pain, and also adjusts infants, children, and small animals such as dogs. They offer orthopedic insoles, so patients do not need a separate foot doctor. Lindsey at the front desk is super nice and attentive. The care is absolutely amazing, including stellar treatment for arthritis. Patients recommend the business to anyone in need.
Dr John Jennings is a wonderful chiropractor. The office isn’t very big but is run as a well organized clinic with the aide of his assistant Lindsey. They have 4 adjustment tables available and work them methodically.
I’ve dealt with severe back,neck, and knee pain for years but a visit with Dr Jennings every other week keeps me upright, in alignment, and walking.
I hope he continues practicing for many more years to come. I always recommend him to anyone in need and almost everyone is in need.
He also adjusts infants, children, and small animals such as dogs.

Love going to my weekly appointments, my husband also goes weekly and we also take our 8 year son to be adjusted regularly. Oh and I have also been using orthopedic insoles for years and Dr. Jennings office offers this service so I didn’t have to find a separate foot doctor in the area since I moved here a couple years...read full review
Dr. Jennings is truly amazing. Such a kind man and truly loves and cares about what he does. Front desk and right hand woman Lindsey, is the absolute sweetest. She makes you feel very comfortable and at home. Highly recommend!
