Having questions answered lead to many different places with no follow up. I called in August about having the main boxes on our house moved because of an addition and moving the electric meter with no follow up. No that the contractor has backed out we still have no answers from Sunrun about getting the pieces moved. Very disgusted with the phone calls emails and no answers I received the following sentance in an email that said I can have an electrician move the boxex but "Just kindly take note that the entire solar system will not be touched while the job is being performed." Buyer beware, stay away from solar. It will cost you way more than the electric company. They charge what the want and do what they want. I have talked to several people and no one will help you. This is a big scam , all to get your money. Read agreement before you sign they will own you and your home.

They set up an appointment, then confirmed it.They never showed up, they didn't call.So I waisted my time waiting for them.No apologies, nothing.They appear worthless to me!
