We were not actively in the market for solar, but after speaking with our Sunrun rep (Jordan G.), we quickly became intrigued. After researching and much consideration, we went for it and are very happy with the outcome. Jordan's personal attention and the ease of the entire process was quite refreshing. We are excited to realize the benefits for many years to come.
Overall it has been a good experience. Was kept informed during the whole process. Installation took a day longer than originally told so required another day off work. My biggest complaint however is don’t except any referral bonus if you refer someone who gets an install completed. Whenever I text my salesman I just keep getting excuse after excuse on why I haven’t received my bonus check yet. Don’t bother referring anyone.
Dane McAllister was absolutely knowledgeable and on top of weekly updates. We are absolutely satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge within the company. The installation techs were amazing and very professional.
