He took his time explaining his reasoning to us and laying out all our options while still being highly sensitive to the costs of the project. He also explained the report to us thoroughly when it came back and answered all our questions. Since we did find some asbestos on surfaces in the home, he was able to recommend an asbestos cleaning company to us, and the recommendation proved great. Having an unexpected leak in my home and complete renovation required for my kitchen was challenging enough, but the specialist from Environmental Solutions, Inc. did an exceptional job and answered all my questions and was professional and thorough in his verification testing.
