I definitely agree with giving them a five (5) star rating. Each inspector was very professional and courteous. They took time to explain everything to me and they were very thorough. I so appreciate what they did and the quick response with the report. I'll gladly refer them to everyone!

ESI was responsive and helpful throughout what can be a bewildering process for a first-time user. They proved themselves ethical and professional at every turn. Loved working with Ryan, the hygienist assigned to our whole-house water and mold damage project. Highly recommend!

Bryan was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly knowledgeable and professional, as was his administrative team over the phone. They were very thorough and did a fantastic job of communicating what work/testing they performed at our home, what the results were, and recommended next steps. Highly recommend!

ESI is able to inspect and test for indoor environmental contaminants such as mold, asbestos, lead, bacteria, radon, and more. ESI also provides remediation protocols and remediation management, as well as LEED IEQ 3.2/ V4 Testing. When ESI inspects your property, everything is documented and photographed to assist in determining a prioritized plan of action for resolving existing problems and preventing future challenges.
