The therapists are wonderful people who enjoy what they do and what they do is to help us fight back against the ravages of time and self-abuse that take a toll on our bodies. They are our guides through the wilderness of joint pain, injury, and disease. We must remember that they are not miracle workers and we must do our part by complementing their guidance by continuing therapy at home. I'm so grateful that they were close by and were so helpful in my ankle surgery recovery.
