I needed help fixing my thermostat and HVAC after trying to replace the thermostat myself and shorting a fuse. Brian talked me through it on the phone for close to 40 minutes and was unbelievably patient and kind, and didn't call me a moron once, even though I may have deserved it. I can't thank him enough for his detailed and thorough help, and great pizza spot recommendations. Will absolutely be calling him back for any HVAC needs.

Brian came out quickly over the weekend for an emergency situation and got our heat back on! We knew we needed additional work done, so Brian texted us afterwards and ensured that we got the appropriate part. He’s been willing to work around our schedule and is quick and efficient. We’re so pleased with his help and will be repeat customers!

I called BL Air Quality in a panic trying to get someone out same day and within an hour I met with a technician, Damion. Not only did he correct the problem and get the a/c working again but he cleaned out the roof units to ensure everything is running efficiently and effectively .
