Vista Pro installed our pool last year. It was far from a smooth process do to lack of communication and supply chain issues. The project manager was awful to deal with. He was never around and it was like pooling teeth to get him on the phone. After a month of no work I finally called the owner James. James was very responsive and informed me that the project manager no longer worked for the company. The project started moving forward quickly once James and Dave got involved. VistaPro resurfaced our in-ground pool, as well as, replaced pool & walkway hardscape. They completed the project in a timely manner & always attentive to our questions. While there were some supply issues, they worked diligently to complete the project to our satisfaction.Service: Hardscaping
