Awesome experience! The team first tried to diagnose the issue in my commercial vehicle remotely, and when that did not work out they were able to slot me in the next day. Issue was diagnosed within an hour and fixed shortly thereafter. Charges were very reasonable. They will be my go-to service provider going forward!
UPDATE: since my post, Cindy reached out and worked with us to get us on the schedule asap. They were prompt in making it out here and clear with communication on what needed to be fixed and what to expect. We’re grateful to Cindy and team for providing us with a functioning camper again.
I’ll start by saying it truly pains me to leave a bad review, especially for a small business… but folks should know what they’re getting. At first these guys were honestly amazing and we were so grateful for their help. However, they then completely ghosted us and have left us high and dry (literally without water). Family business that is clearly and exceedingly knowledgable and authentic. They deal with you like you're family, too. Very upfront with communications, scheduling, and pricing. Very fair and very competent. I'm a grateful and happy customer.
