The owner, Scott, was polite and business-like. He communicated an itemized estimate for my trailer repair promptly the same day. The price was reasonable. He recommended necessary repairs and replacement of parts.
He estimated the time needed to complete the job and delivered exactly what was promised in a reasonable time. Overall, they did a good job.

Owner seemed honest but a bit disorganized. There are no appointments. Be prepared to just leave it. He performs trailer inspections as well as service. Satisfied with bearing replacement done there also.
