My son also has textured hair (3B) which can be a challenge for some barbers but she did such a good job getting it flat and blended. I showed her my hair and pictures that I came in with an idea of what I wanted. she looked in my hair gave me a consultation. She gave me a very nice and relaxing shampoo. And before she cut, we went over what I wanted and she completely understood, and gave me a great cut. I checked out with her. I had a text coupon code which she honored and thanks to me told me to come back again and let me know what day she was available. She had amazing customer service skills and did a great job as a stylist. And that definitely deserves recognition.“
