NaturaLawn of America

NaturaLawn of America is a lawn care service known for its environmentally responsible and customized approach. Unlike traditional chemical treatments, the company tailors its programs to meet the specific needs of each lawn, working with the entire yard environment to create naturally healthy grass. Customers appreciate their commitment to safer practices that are more effective over time.

However, experiences with the company vary. Some clients highlight positive interactions with staff members like Brenda and Donny, who are described as easy to work with, knowledgeable, and considerate of pets. These service providers are attentive and ensure gates are closed and pets are safe after treatments. Another customer praised Brenden for his thorough service, explaining care tips and taking time to inform clients about their lawn.

On the other hand, some customers have faced issues with scheduling and communication. One client recounted a frustrating experience with missed appointments and poor customer service, including unreturned calls and rude responses when attempting to cancel services. This has led to dissatisfaction and concerns about professionalism, especially given the high cost of the treatments.

Overall, NaturaLawn of America is recognized for its environmentally friendly, personalized lawn care and dedicated staff, but some clients have experienced challenges with communication and service reliability. The company’s focus remains on creating healthier lawns through customized, safe methods that respect the environment and pet safety.
