Well dressed for the appointment as you see in those appliance commercials. Did not waste time after we greeted each other. He knew what to do and opened up entire fridge for diagnostics front and back. Called manufacturer Samsung and gave them all the details of the problems he was seeing. Told me estimated time for the next steps and the problem description. Truly a professional courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. Fast follow up with scheduling. Timely appt and showed up on time. Positive experience even tho the fix was beyond his scope. ( it was the roof vent flap was closed and my roofing co messed up).
