“I moved to the DMV back in 2012, up to 2021 I travelled back to NJ most of the times for my haircut. I had been going to my barbershop since elementary school and my barber became my barber when I was in high school. I didn't find a place that I liked in Virginia, I didn't even bothered to try in DC, and before settling here, I tried 5 other barbers before Devin. Devin gets me right all the time. All of the barbers are Legacy's have great skills.“
