The Hot Tub Man is our go to hot tub service! Brian is responsive and his techs show up when they are scheduled! He even offered advice on how to handle a couple things ourselves to help save us some $!

Eric and Brian saved my hot tub, which I was almost certain wasn't fixable, for a super reasonable price!
I had been seriously neglecting my outdoor hot tub. There was a problem with the pump last fall that I didn't get fixed and it wasn't heating, so of course a pipe cracked because of the freezing temperatures over the winter and all the water leaked out. I then proceeded to put it on the back burner for another 6 months, during which time the tub became full of mildew, mud, bugs, and an ant colony. Pump still broken, pipe still cracked, all entirely my own fault.
