Very prompt! Took him into the house in the hot tub room, he pulled the cover off and I told him what the problem was - within 5 minutes he knew what was wrong. My hot tub was pretty old and wasn’t sure he was going to have any parts but he had parts on hand in his truck. He replaced the bad parts, he cycled the hot tub and made sure the sensors were working which if it had any issues it would shut the hot tub down - I was very impressed to see that he ran that safety test to make sure all sensors were working.
