Mr. Brown is the definition of honest. He is what everyone should strive to be like. I called Mr. Brown at night because I lost all water. He walked me through what was going on via phone and tried to fix it over the phone for free. Unfortunately I could not fix it so he came out and fixed it. He taught me everything there was about the issue and promised he was not leaving till I had water. He had it fixed in no time.
