I moved to Rockville, MD but grew up in Crownsville. I drive an hour to have my pants hemmed at Bergman. The work is impeccable. It can be difficult to get pants to fit perfectly, especially when you’re petite and everything is incredibly long on you! My pants are always hemmed perfectly. I’ve also had her sew on patches and alter dresses. I’m always extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend using Bergman for your alterations.

Excellent tailoring work on my sports officiating pants and several pairs of exercise sweatpants that Mijung converted into shorts for me. Prices for this work were very fair compared w tailor shops at the mall and my jobs to Bergmans’ always completed on time and with a kindly smile. 5 🌟 all the way and I know I will have alteration needs in the future for this shop in Crownsville. Thank you.

The young lady that runs this place is excellent. She started off dry cleaning and pressing my work uniform shirts 14 years ago and they were always crisp with fast turn around time. Now she does my suits and her custom tailoring and attention to detail is perfection!
