I have also had henna done which is always beautiful and reasonably priced - she provided guidance on the henna and it lasted over 2 weeks! I will continue to visit every 3 weeks! He shared my surprise about the service I received and was determined to make things right. Johnny to say the least is amazing and genuinely cares about the business and its clients.

After a consultation with Carissa at the Crofton location, I felt comfortable, understood, and at ease. She assured me that we would get this right without causing any additional damage to my natural lashes. Carissa was phenomenal and incredibly gentle to the touch.

Although my first experience was extremely disappointing, I understand that everyone has bad days. Johnny and Carissa turned my initial experience around and made it much better.
