Great place!!! I would give them 20 stars if I could especially dental. Dental is amazing from making the appointment to leaving after the appointment. I love the staff, they are great.
The providers at West Cecil, from Primary Care to Behavioral Health, are knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and provide person-centered care. I have always felt like I was heard, and that we were working as a team toward my wellness goals.
Finding a new primary care doctor has been a chore at best and leaps of faith at worst, so I cannot say enough good things about my experience with West Cecil Health Center.
Dr. Stephanie Coen was absolutely wonderful. She was thoughtful, attentive, easy to talk to, and made me feel truly heard — which, these days, goes a long way. You can tell she cares about her patients and about getting things right.
Araceli was equally terrific and helped make the whole experience feel smooth, welcoming, and personal.
In a world where so many things feel rushed and impersonal, this was the exact opposite. I left feeling relieved, grateful, and genuinely welcomed.
