Today our boy Kevin went to Cassie for a nail trim. We have been working very hard with him to be successful with nail trims but he still has been struggling. Earlier this week I brought him to a different spa and they said they couldn’t handle him. I told Cassie he is a handful when I booked and she said she would do it. Cassie confidently took Kevin back with her and successfully cut his nails in less than ten minutes. She gave him lots of love while clipping his nails. We will most definitely be back! Thank you again for helping Kevin feel comfortable and making this a positive experience!

Highly recommend! I will not bring my Penny girl to any other groomer! Whenever I tell my yorkie that we are going to Zen Paws Spa, she books it to the car and loves it there. She used to be scared at other groomers but has no fear with this one, She loves it! Thank you so much for always treating my Penny girl like royalty 🩷
