I have rented from this company for 3 yrs, never been late and we kept the property up. They charged me 30 to replace a air filter, 375 to clean baseboards and 359 to empty the 2 trashcan that were emptied by DPS. This is ridiculous I do not recommend ever using ty hem again. But I will be filing a lawsuit to get my money!!!!
