My first visit (oct. 2021) with LaDonna was amazing, her techniques are great. After that visit, she offered a membership and I would be seen on monthly basis at a discounted rate. Therefore, we scheduled the next appointment for 11/7/2021, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. She called later confirm the appointment and tried to talk me into additional service, facial, foot scrub, I rejected the offer. I arrived about 8 minutes early, and upon my arrival, she informed me that her 2 sons were with her. She started at 2:06 pm and ended the session about 2:43 pm.
