I hired Lisa and Patsy who are mother and daughter for my wedding. Long story short, they maid me pay a service fee that Venmo charged them for providing a service and told me the week of my wedding that if I did not pay the 33$ they would cancel my appointment for 8 people and myself.
They came in and were not able to do the most simple half up half down and all the bridesmaids hair fell within the hour.
I asked for Hollywood waves and idk what she gave me. She tried to say I asked for regular waves and I sent her the screenshot Ofer asking for Hollywood waves. She was not able to fix my hair and left without even apologizing.
