I only give one star because that’s the lowest I could go. The supposedly stylist Mel did my hair. Unfortunately, she chopped my hair and styled it where you couldn’t see the damage she did. She knew she was wrong and wouldn’t even refund my money. I lost pay from work because of this. I gave her a nice tip not knowing that she would cause me emotional damage. Be wary of her because she doesn’t know her job.

Everyone was very nice at this salon which I really appreciated. Darena offered to do my braids because my hair was too short for the original style I wanted from another stylist. However I asked for ombre braids & the look I wanted wasn’t achieved well at all. I think it could’ve been explained to me that she was creating their own ombre by combining different color braiding hair, which wasn’t going to look like the picture i showed her. I went to get braids done by Darena. She did an amazing job. Finding a good stylist who can do braids is hard. I’m definitely gonna come back. Would recommend her to anyone!Service: Hairstyling
