Recently we did a patty and really messed up with serving the food to kids.

I've rented from them several times for events at my home (baby showers and birthday parties). I've rented tents, chairs, and tables. Each time, they come on time and provide exceptional service.

I rented some chairs, bouncy castle and tables for a small event. It rained the day of the event, so I was only able to use the bouncer for an hour or 2. I think it would be fair to get a discount. I was only given a $20 off and the waiver fee in the contract was charged. I was told I could either get one and not both. Please do not rent anything from them. Horrible service.
