August 13, 2020 I was given a quote for multiple projects around the house. One in specific is to insulate the leaky/ sweaty ducts. A one day job per his correspondence. He sent a person who spayed fiberglass insulation into areas of the basement ceiling. The insulation is still all over, falls out and lands on the HVAC unit, which is hazardous. I contacted him and sent him pics of the so called "foam insulation", and he is yet to fix the issue. He has given daily appointments, and has not shown up, himself, to see the problems his "contractors" created.
