Speaking from the context of my time being a direct customer.

My Recommendations if you are considering using this law office:
1. Unless you're paying their retainer fee of I believe $1200/month, don't expect a response within 3 weeks from anyone in the office.
2. If you or your organization is on a fixed budget and they quote something, double it. They will not adhere to the quote.
3. After you originally sign on to use them, if there were questions with their work that was hastily done and vague and they kindly offer, either don't fall for it or expect every question in email to be charged at the minimum rate of $47/question (10 minutes being minimum...read full review

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Mr. Clark's office. We moved into our neighborhood in October 2023 and never received any communication from the HOA regarding dues. The phone number listed on the HOA website was incorrect, and no one ever responded to my emails. Eventually, we received a notice in the mail stating that our dues were past due.

I sent two payments through my bank and never heard anything again—no follow-up in the mail, no phone calls, no emails. Fast forward a few months, and I receive a letter from Mr. Clark’s office stating that if I didn’t pay them $300 plus fees, a lien would be placed on my house.

Mr. Clark is a VERY valuable partner...If you are looking for an attorney to help you with a difficult child custody agreement, involving a custodial parent who is unwilling to accept the new reality as it pertains to your child and you, I strongly recommend retaining Mr. Clark.Mr. Clark is an honest attorney. This quality was very apparent from the first day we met him. He is realistic about what to expect in a difficult legal situation.
