The front desk is the worst. It's always one person answering. She doesn't do anything. The person you need is never there. So unprofessional. The front desk is disorganized and will cancel appts that don’t match policy and procedure. Don’t care about ppl and their time and health. Chowdhury is too busy and runs off caffeine-shaky jidders. The only time he showed compassion and focus to me as a patient. When he slowed down to asked me how I got it. Like I had a gross story to tell. I felt a spotlight, ashamed, and judged.

I recommend this place to everyone . The services that I receive from Dr Chowdhury and team is awesome. Dr Chowdhury is knowledgeable, clarify all our doubts. Wounderful experience !!

The Columbia facility is a noticeable upgrade from the Riverdale office. This facility was clearly designed with the patient experience top of mind.

I was in for a 3 hour treatment. In that time I was able to enjoy YouTube TV and provided with a phone charger to cover my personal tech needs for the duration of the visit.

Battery drain over that time period was a worry on my mind when heading out for my appointment. They eliminated that problem all in the comfort of a plush reclining treatment seat.

It really was the living room experience with total comfort and peace of mind. It barely felt clinical at all. That 3hrs shot by and felt a lot shorter...read full review
