We hired Handyman Services to MD to complete an interior paint and some repairs to get a house ready to list on the market. The response time was always very fast. The time from quote to having a whole house painted was less than one week. The paint work was excellent. The repairs were done well. This was a great experience of professionalism and speed. Not only was the work requested completed on time and of tremendous quality there was additional water damage which they found and corrected are no additional charge. They cleaned up after job completion the the owner Shawn made sevetal visits to make sure the job was proceeding on time and completed on time with tremendous quality. Casement window opening mechanism broken . The company that made the window ~32 years ago was no longer in business.Called many window companies and repair services and all stated they were unable to fix the problem and I needed a new window ( which would not match in color to other adjacent casement window and also be quite expensive) The crank opening mechanism /part for the window was no longer available.Shawn came out to assess the issue and was able to fix the broken opening mechanism for the window which fortunately meant that I did not need to replace the entire window.He was professional, polite, masked and vaccinated and left the work area clean.
