FloorGem did great work on our floors, but ever since then, they've been impossible to get a hold of. I've needed a receipt of the work they did ever since February, which I was told when the work was completed and we paid in full that we would receive. But after months of phone calls, emails, and even trying to show up physically to their location (which the address on their website and on Google is outdated, btw. Don't try going there; I went and was told that FloorGem had moved months ago but there was no telling where their current address is), they've totally ghosted me. UPDATE: 5/25/2023: Ken Waldman, owner of FloorGem, continues to ignore my homeowner's insurance company's subrogation department, and he ignored my Better Business Bureau complaint. This is after he repeatedly told me via text that he would pay me for my financial losses. See attached screenshots. Ken promised via text IN FEBRUARY 2023 to repay me for my damages.That did not happen, and it is now May 2023, so I've now filed a complaint with the state licensing commission and will take him to small claims court, if necessary. I have used Ken for several years and even referred him to friends and family. On my last job Ken refuses to finish and refuses to return my phone calls or text messages.. It's sad to see a quality company go downhill.. Floor gym no longer offers to quality at once did.Service: Install flooring
