If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 1. Scheduling with Duct Experts was easy and convenient. I got the traditional time window for when to expect the tech. Day of I received a call to let me know the tech’s arrival time. I appreciate their consideration of my time. 2. The tech, Jake, was professional, polite, efficient and helpful. He was there to clean both house ducts and dryer vents. While doing the work he noticed some concerns. He told me about them and then fixed them. 3. I appreciate that Jake explained everything he was doing and answered any questions I had. I will be recommending Jake and Duct Experts to everyone!

I was very happy with the service that i had. Jorge was early and did not take long at all to complete the cleaning of my dryer vent and cleaned up after himself. I hired this company to do dryer vent cleaning on my duplex. They did a fabulous job and clean up after themselves. They are nice and and professional. These guys are awesome great job very professional, on time, they leave no mess when finish and very reasonable thank you. Gorge did a great job and was also great at communicating on his arrival time. They also upgraded the duct in the wall. We'll definitely use them again! Thanks guys. Jay helped us in explaining the air duct and dryer vent cleaning and showed the advantages on having a regular cleaning. Very knowledgeable and very kind off in explaining the basics.
