Mr. Li squeezed us into his busy calendar and got working on: clean demolition and removal, then board and insulation, then Hardie siding with shingled gables that he recommended, plus new trim, then 6 great windows, then new gutters just in time for the summer downpour. We obtained a number of good bids but we concluded that Crystal was the best overall value in terms of size, attentive service, communication and advice, and price. Also, they do not up-sell, over-sell, and are very honest in warning us about potential problems. Amazingly, without asking, they were also the only ones who sent us to several nearby homes to inspect actual work. Mr. Li keeps a small, highly skilled, and long-serving team. I appreciate that, myself working in a small specialty business.

I recently contacted Crystal Exteriors because the screen door on my ProVia sliding patio door would no longer stay on track. I sent a text asking whether the issue might be covered under the warranty and honestly wasn't expecting much more than a simple answer.
To my surprise, Crystal Exteriors immediately offered to send someone out to inspect it. A technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem as a broken roller, and replaced it on the spot.
